How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Simply browse our inventory, select the items you'd like to rent, choose your event date, and complete your reservation online. If you need assistance choosing the right equipment, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during spring, summer, graduation season, holidays, and weekends. Popular items can book quickly and availability is not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.
Do you offer free delivery and pickup?
Yes! We proudly offer free delivery and pickup within our standard service area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our normal delivery zone.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Fishers, Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, McCordsville, Fortville, Zionsville, and many surrounding Central Indiana communities.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is required for all rentals to secure your reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.
When is my remaining balance due?
All rental balances must be paid in full before equipment is delivered unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online booking system.
Do you accept cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle?
No. We currently accept major credit cards only.
Is a credit card required to make a reservation?
Yes. A valid credit card is required for all reservations and may be used to cover damages, missing items, excessive cleaning fees, late returns, or other charges outlined in the rental agreement.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. If inventory is available, you can add, remove, or modify items before your event. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be made up to three (3) days prior to the scheduled rental date without penalty.
If a cancellation is made less than three (3) days before the scheduled rental date, the security deposit will be forfeited. However, the forfeited deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future rental with Fun Stuff Rental Company.
Any rental credit must be used within three (3) months of the original rental date and is non-transferable.
Can I reschedule my rental?
Yes. We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your rental, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduled rentals are subject to inventory availability. If your event must be moved, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
What happens if it rains or severe weather is expected?
Weather-related decisions remain the responsibility of the customer. If severe weather is forecasted, please contact us as early as possible to discuss available options. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on inventory availability.
Are your rental items cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely. Every rental item is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and sanitized before and after each rental to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and ready for use.
Do you set up the equipment?
Setup requirements vary by product. Many items arrive fully assembled and ready to use, while larger items may include setup assistance. Please review individual product descriptions for specific details.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes. A responsible adult must be present at the delivery location to receive the equipment.
What happens if equipment stops working during my event?
Contact us immediately if you experience any equipment issues. We will make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot the problem or provide a replacement if one is available.
Failure to notify Fun Stuff Rental Company of equipment issues during the rental period may result in full rental charges.
What happens if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen?
Customers are responsible for all rented equipment while it is in their possession. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, theft, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions may result in repair or replacement charges.
Do I need to clean the equipment before pickup?
We ask that all equipment be returned free of excessive food, beverages, trash, mud, or other debris. Additional cleaning fees may be assessed if equipment is returned in excessively dirty condition.
Can rental equipment be used outdoors?
Many of our rental items are designed specifically for outdoor use. Customers are responsible for providing a safe, level setup area and protecting equipment from rain, high winds, and other hazardous weather conditions.

Do you provide attendants or operators?
Yes. Attendants and operators are available for select rental items and events for an additional fee.
