These estimates represent the number of people dancing at one time, not the total number of guests attending your event.

For events where dancing is a major attraction or a larger percentage of guests may be on the floor simultaneously, consider upgrading to a larger dance floor.

Installation Requirements

Our parquet dance floor requires a level, firm, and stable surface for safe installation.

Approved installation locations may include indoor event venues, banquet halls, covered patios, and suitable outdoor event spaces.

Outdoor installations must be evaluated in advance to determine whether the ground conditions are appropriate. Grass, uneven ground, soft soil, and other unstable surfaces may require additional preparation or an approved subfloor system.

The dance floor must not be exposed to standing water, excessive moisture, or conditions that could damage the flooring or create an unsafe dancing surface.

Customers should identify the installation location and surface type when making a reservation so our team can determine whether the space is suitable.

Rental Requirements

The dance floor must be installed and removed by Fun Stuff Rental Company.
Customers may not move, disconnect, dismantle, or modify the flooring after installation.
The installation area must be level, firm, stable, and accessible.
Outdoor installations are subject to surface and weather conditions.
Additional flooring support or a subfloor may be required for certain installation surfaces at an additional charge.
The dance floor must be protected from excessive moisture, standing water, and spills.
Food, beverages, and sharp objects should be kept off the dance floor.
Customers are responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized movement, or improper use.
Fun Stuff Rental Company reserves the right to decline or cancel installation if site or weather conditions create an unsafe environment.
A refundable security deposit may be required.

Free Delivery & Pickup

Free delivery and pickup are included throughout our standard service area. Professional installation, takedown, and removal of the complete 12' x 12' parquet dance floor are also included, so you can focus on enjoying your event instead of worrying about setup.

Delivery outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.
