This convenient package combines a spacious commercial high-peak tent with eight banquet tables and 48 premium white folding chairs, giving you the essential equipment needed for weddings, graduation parties, birthday celebrations, corporate events, family reunions, church gatherings, backyard parties, fundraisers, and more.

The centerpiece of the package is our impressive 20' x 40' high-peak tent, created by professionally connecting two 20' x 20' commercial marquee tents. Together, they provide approximately 800 square feet of covered event space beneath two dramatic 18-foot peaks.

Unlike traditional pole tents, the high-peak tension-cable design eliminates center poles extending to the ground, creating an open, flexible interior for tables, chairs, food service, decorations, entertainment, and guest circulation.

Included are two 8-foot banquet tables and six 6-foot banquet tables, providing plenty of room for guest seating, food service, gifts, desserts, beverages, or other event needs. The package also includes 48 premium white plastic folding chairs featuring reinforced polypropylene seats and backs supported by heavy-duty powder-coated steel frames.

Anchoring Requirements

Proper anchoring is required for every tent installation.

Standard stake anchoring is included for approved grass installations.

Tent installations on concrete, asphalt, parking lots, or other approved hard surfaces require a concrete ballast anchoring system. Concrete ballasts are not included with this package and are available for an additional charge.

Customers should identify the tent installation surface when making their reservation so the proper anchoring method can be determined before delivery.

Optional Tent Sidewalls

Tent sidewalls are not included with this package but may be added for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Windowed and solid sidewall options are available and can provide additional privacy and protection from wind, light rain, and changing weather conditions.

Sidewalls do not make the tent waterproof, climate-controlled, or suitable for severe weather.

Rental Requirements

  • Both tents must be installed and removed by Fun Stuff Rental Company.
  • Customers may not move, modify, disconnect, dismantle, or adjust any portion of the tent after installation.
  • The installation area must accommodate the tent footprint plus the additional space required for anchoring.
  • The installation area must be level, accessible, and free of trees, power lines, structures, and other overhead obstructions.
  • Underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible fencing, and other hidden obstacles must be disclosed before installation.
  • The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits or property approvals unless otherwise arranged in writing.
  • Adequate vehicle and equipment access must be available for installation and removal.
  • Tent capacity may be reduced when adding buffet tables, bars, dance areas, entertainment equipment, or other furnishings.
  • Sidewalls do not make the tent waterproof, climate-controlled, or suitable for severe weather.
  • Fun Stuff Rental Company reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel installation when weather, ground, or site conditions create an unsafe environment.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required.

Free Delivery & Pickup

Free delivery and pickup are included throughout our standard service area. Professional installation, connection, takedown, and removal of both high-peak tents are also included, giving you one complete 20' x 40' tent package without having to handle the setup yourself.

Grass installations are professionally anchored using the appropriate staking system. Concrete, asphalt, and other approved hard-surface locations require our concrete ballast anchoring system.
