20' x 40' High-Peak Frame Tent

Create an impressive, spacious event setting with our 20' x 40' high-peak frame tent rental. This package combines two 20' x 20' commercial high-peak marquee tents to create approximately 800 square feet of continuous covered event space with two elegant 18-foot peaks.

The distinctive double high-peak design provides a polished, upscale appearance that works beautifully for weddings, graduation parties, corporate events, company picnics, school and church gatherings, backyard celebrations, and other larger events.

Unlike traditional pole tents, our high-peak frame tents use a tension-cable support system with no center poles extending to the ground. This creates a more open and flexible interior, giving you greater freedom when arranging dining tables, chairs, buffet stations, bars, concession equipment, displays, and entertainment.

Maximum Capacity

Guest capacity varies depending on table configuration, seating style, buffet placement, entertainment, dance areas, and required walkways.

Seated dinner: Up to approximately 80 guests
Buffet-style dinner: Up to approximately 100 guests
Standing or cocktail-style event: Up to approximately 130 guests

For events requiring buffet stations, bars, concession equipment, DJs, entertainment, gift tables, or additional circulation space, a lower guest count may provide a more comfortable layout.

Important: Tents installed on concrete, asphalt, parking lots, or other hard surfaces cannot be secured using traditional stakes. A concrete ballast anchoring system is required for hard-surface installations and will be added to the rental when necessary to provide the appropriate anchoring system for the installation site.

Rental Requirements

Both tents must be installed and removed by Fun Stuff Rental Company.
Customers may not move, modify, disconnect, dismantle, or adjust any portion of the tent after installation.
The installation area must accommodate the tent footprint plus the additional space required for anchoring.
The installation area must be level, accessible, and free of trees, power lines, structures, and other overhead obstructions.
Underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible fencing, and other hidden obstacles must be disclosed before installation.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits or property approvals unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Adequate vehicle and equipment access must be available for installation and removal.
Tent capacity may be reduced when adding buffet tables, bars, dance areas, entertainment equipment, or other furnishings.
Sidewalls do not make the tent waterproof, climate-controlled, or suitable for severe weather.
Fun Stuff Rental Company reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel installation when weather, ground, or site conditions create an unsafe environment.
A refundable security deposit may be required.

Free Delivery & Pickup

Free delivery and pickup are included throughout our standard service area. Professional installation, connection, takedown, and removal of both high-peak tents are also included, giving you one complete 20' x 40' tent package without having to handle the setup yourself.

Grass installations are professionally anchored using the appropriate staking system. Concrete, asphalt, and other approved hard-surface locations require our concrete ballast anchoring system.

Delivery outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee. Contact Fun Stuff Rental Company with your event location, date, guest count, and installation surface so our team can help determine the appropriate tent configuration and anchoring requirements.
