The commercial-grade 20' x 20' High-Peak Marquee Tent provides approximately 400 square feet of covered event space beneath a dramatic 18-foot peak. Its tension-cable support system eliminates the need for a center pole extending to the ground, creating an open interior that works beautifully for cocktail receptions and social gatherings.

Warm white Bistro String Lights are professionally installed inside the tent, adding a soft, inviting glow as the sun goes down. The overhead café-style lighting enhances the high-peak design while creating the perfect atmosphere for cocktail hours, weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, and evening events.

Four full-size white tent leg drapes with matching sashes dress each corner of the tent from top to bottom, concealing the aluminum legs and giving the structure a softer, more polished appearance. The flowing white fabric is neatly gathered at each leg with coordinating sashes, creating an elegant presentation for weddings, corporate events, anniversary parties, and other upscale celebrations.

Rental Requirements

The tent and decorative leg drapes must be installed and removed by Fun Stuff Rental Company.
Customers may not move, modify, disconnect, dismantle, reposition, or adjust the tent or installed draping after setup.
Tent leg drapes and sashes must remain attached in the configuration installed by Fun Stuff Rental Company.
Drapes must be protected from food, beverages, mud, open flames, smoking materials, and other substances that may stain or damage the fabric.
The installation area must accommodate the 20' × 20' tent footprint plus additional space required for anchoring.
The installation area must be level, accessible, and free of trees, power lines, structures, and other overhead obstructions.
Underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible fencing, and other hidden obstacles must be disclosed before installation.
The customer is responsible for obtaining required permits or property approvals unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Adequate vehicle and equipment access must be available for installation and removal.
Cocktail tables must be placed on a level surface and may not be sat or stood upon.
Alcohol, beverages, bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware are not included unless specifically added to the rental order.
Tent sidewalls and decorative drapes do not make the tent waterproof, climate-controlled, or suitable for severe weather.
Fun Stuff Rental Company reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel installation when weather, ground, or site conditions create an unsafe environment.
A refundable security deposit may be required.
