This spacious tent configuration combines four of our 20' x 20' high-peak frame tents into one large 40' x 40' covered event space, providing approximately 1,600 square feet of usable coverage. The four individual peaks create an upscale, elegant appearance while the open interior provides plenty of flexibility for tables, chairs, buffet stations, décor, and entertainment.

Unlike traditional pole tents, our high-peak frame tents do not require center poles extending to the ground. This provides a cleaner, more open layout and makes it easier to arrange seating throughout the tent.

For seated events, the 40' x 40' configuration can accommodate layouts of up to 16 five-foot round tables with approximately 128 guests seated eight per table. Final capacity depends on your desired aisle spacing, buffet areas, entertainment, and other equipment placed beneath the tent.

Rental Requirements:

The tent must be installed by Fun Stuff Rental Company on a suitable, reasonably level surface with adequate clearance around the entire installation area.

For grass installations, the tent is secured using commercial tent stakes and support straps attached at the top of the appropriate tent legs. Underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, septic systems, or other buried obstacles must be identified before installation.

Concrete, asphalt, or other surfaces where staking is not permitted require an approved ballast anchoring system. Additional charges may apply depending on the installation surface and anchoring requirements.

Please allow additional clearance beyond the 40' x 40' tent footprint for stakes, anchor straps, installation equipment, and safe access around the tent.

We make hosting your event easier with free delivery and pickup within our standard service area. Delivery charges for locations outside the free-delivery area are automatically calculated based on distance.
